Gillian was fierce about the abuse of ‘stealing’ her new lovely Pentel biros from her office. Staff absentmindedly would frequently walk out of the office still holding ‘her’ pens. To counteract this disappearance she made a draconian move: ALL the office pens would be identified by the use of Dymo. Anyone caught with a biro with GILLIAN on it it put their life in peril.
