In Namibia recently, A hastily painted water fowl within an hour of finding it by the side of the [presumably it had been hit by a truck]. The poor bird was stinking to high heaven and I finished the watercolour/acrylic within an hour before  burying it. What was extraordinary was its legs were literally like green reeds.
