Richard Long (Well I Walked A Country Mile To Buy A Richard Long)

Thanks to Bill Drummond (and one of my favourite Norfolk Secondhand bookshops) I now own a piece of Richard Long’s A Smell Of Sulphur In The Wind …[one dollar]…. or at least a fragment of the original photograph that is. It is a 1/20,000 fraction of the original artwork. BD says that when all 20,000 fragments have been sold he will take the 20.000 US dollars in an oak box and bury it in the stone circle featured in Long’s photograph taken in Iceland.
